Voters’ Rights & Responsibilities Guidelines
E-Voting Terms and Conditions
To ensure the validity of votes and the security of data, every voter is required to comply with the following provisions.
Please make sure you meet all requirements and follow the procedures established by the committee.
1. Voters’ Right

- Only active students of the Digital Business Study Program at Universitas Pakuan who are registered in the Voters List are eligible to cast a vote.
- Each voter is only allowed to cast their vote once.
- Each vote cast by HIMABISDI board members and cadres is counted as three (3) votes.
- Each vote cast by active Digital Business students is counted as one (1) vote.
2. Voting Mechanism

- The election process is conducted directly at the Polling Station (TPS).
- Voting is conducted exclusively using the committee’s laptop devices.
- Voters are required to correctly enter their personal Student ID Number (NPM) in order to cast their vote.
3. Validation and Access Restrictions
_
- Each Student ID Number (NPM) can only be used once to cast a vote.
- If an NPM has already been used, the system will display a “already voted” status and the voting access will be automatically denied.
- After the vote is submitted, voters cannot change or cancel their selection.
4. Confidentiality and Security
_
- Voting choices are confidential and cannot be traced back to an individual’s identity.
- The committee cannot view the details of the candidate selected by a voter.
- The system only records the status: Not Yet Voted / Already Voted, without storing any vote selection data.
5. Prohibitions
_
- Using or entering another person’s Student ID Number (NPM).
- Engaging in any activity intended to disrupt, damage, or manipulate the voting process.
6. Technical Issues
_
- If a technical issue occurs during the voting process, voters are required to report it to the committee.
- Decisions regarding technical issue handling are entirely under the authority of the committee, while maintaining the integrity of the votes.
7. Statement of Agreement
_
- By entering the Student ID Number (NPM) and clicking the “Vote” button, the voter is deemed to have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
